Identity of the data controller
Under Article 10 of the KVKK, the data controller is Solvonet Yazılım ve Danışmanlık.
Address: Zümrütevler, Çilek Sk. No:33, BYD Plaza, 34852 Maltepe / İstanbul. Email: [email protected]. Web: www.solvonet.com.
Data we collect
Simply browsing the site transfers no personal data to us. The site runs no third-party service for statistics, advertising or behavioural tracking.
Data reaches us only when you fill in and submit the contact form. In that case the following are processed:
- Identity data: first and last name
- Contact data: email address and, if provided, telephone number
- Customer/transaction data: company name if provided, and the subject of the page you submitted the form from
- Free text: whatever you choose to write in the message field
- Connection data: the IP address the submission was sent from, recorded alongside the enquiry for security and abuse prevention
Special categories of data and the free-text field
The message field is free text and its contents are entirely up to you. Please do not enter special categories of personal data under Article 6 of the KVKK — such as health, religious belief or membership information — or information belonging to third parties. We do not request such data and do not intend to process it.
Purposes of processing
We process the information you send through the form only for the purposes below. We do not add you to a marketing list, we do not sell your data, and we do not use it for profiling or automated decision-making.
- Responding to your enquiry and conducting communication activities
- Continuing proposal, scoping and feasibility discussions
- Keeping a record of the pre-contractual discussion process
- Preventing abuse and bot traffic submitted through the form (information security)
Legal grounds
Article 5 of the KVKK provides that personal data may as a rule be processed with the explicit consent of the data subject, and that in the cases listed in Article 5(2) it may be processed without explicit consent. The provisions potentially relevant to this form are:
- Art. 5(1) — explicit consent
- Art. 5(2)(c) — directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract
- Art. 5(2)(ç) — necessary for the controller to fulfil a legal obligation
- Art. 5(2)(e) — necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right
- Art. 5(2)(f) — legitimate interests of the controller, provided the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not harmed
Method of collection
Personal data is collected solely by electronic means, through your completing and submitting the contact form on the site. If you only browse the site, no personal data is transferred to us.
Cookies and tracking
The site uses no cookies. It runs no advertising pixel, heat map or analytics script. Every file, including the typefaces, is served from our own server, so browsing the site generates no request to a third-party server.
The single exception is Cloudflare Turnstile, the bot protection on the contact form. When that component is enabled, the page containing the form makes a request to Cloudflare servers, and Cloudflare’s own privacy practices apply to it.
Where your data is held and transfers abroad
Form messages arrive in our corporate email infrastructure. The site itself does not store your messages in a database; the message is only delivered as email.
Domestic transfers: the content of your message is accessible only to the Solvonet employees who will assess your enquiry. Your data is not transferred to third parties for advertising, sales or data-sharing purposes.
International transfers: our corporate email infrastructure runs on Google Workspace (Gmail SMTP). Form messages are therefore processed and stored on Google servers located outside Türkiye, which constitutes a transfer abroad within the meaning of Article 9 of the KVKK. In addition, when bot protection is enabled, the verification request passes through Cloudflare infrastructure.
Retention period
Personal data is retained for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was processed, taking into account the limitation periods set out in the relevant legislation, and is then erased, destroyed or anonymised.
Rights of the data subject (KVKK Art. 11)
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to the data controller you have the following rights in relation to yourself:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed
- To request information if your personal data has been processed
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose
- To know the third parties within or outside Türkiye to whom your personal data has been transferred
- To request rectification where your personal data has been processed incompletely or inaccurately
- To request erasure or destruction of your personal data under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK
- To request that any rectification, erasure or destruction be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred
- To object to an adverse outcome reached solely through automated analysis of your data
- To claim compensation for loss suffered as a result of unlawful processing of your personal data
How to apply
You may submit requests relating to the rights above to the data controller in accordance with the Turkish Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Your application should state your name and surname, your signature if the application is in writing, your Turkish ID number if you are a citizen of the Republic of Türkiye, your address for service, your email address and telephone number if any, and the subject of your request; attaching relevant information and documents will speed up the assessment.
Your application will be concluded as soon as possible and in any event within thirty days, depending on the nature of the request. Where the request incurs an additional cost, the fee set out in the tariff determined by the Board may be charged. If your application is refused, if you find the response inadequate, or if no response is given within the period, you retain the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board.
For preliminary enquiries and information requests you may write to [email protected].
