Content Management Systems

We build systems where the content team does not queue behind a developer for every small change — with permissions, version history and media management set up properly from the start.

What is Content Management Systems?

The search for a content system usually begins with the same sentence: changing one heading on the site means emailing a developer. Campaign announcements slip because of it, and a wrong price stays live longer than it should. The opposite is just as bad — a panel where everyone can change anything and nobody knows who changed what.

In the panel we build, it is defined who may write in which section. Every change is recorded under the name of the person who made it, and an update that went wrong is reversed in a single step. We shape the approval flow around how the organisation runs: in some places one editor is enough, in others a legal sign-off is required.

We model content as fields, not as pages. A product or an announcement is written once and then used on the website, in the mobile app and in the newsletter. A translation is not a separate copy but the same content in another language. Images are resized on upload, so the content team never has to think about file size.

How we work

Every engagement begins with a discovery session: together we work out who runs the process, where it jams, and which constraints are real. The scope becomes clear after that session — and so does the proposal.
