E-Commerce Platform
Not a packaged storefront, but a platform built on your own product data and order process. The catalogue is fed from the ERP, stock is managed in one place and orders join the same flow — so store and marketplace orders stop being two worlds tracked separately.
What is E-Commerce Platform?
The hard part of enterprise e-commerce is not opening a store, it is connecting that store to the rest of the company. Most stores built on packaged platforms live independently of the company’s ERP: product information is updated separately in two places, stock is not real time, and orders are copied into a spreadsheet by hand. The E-Commerce Platform is built to remove that disconnection — the store becomes one channel of the organisation’s existing data and processes.
On the catalogue side there is product, variant, category and price list management; because different price lists can be defined for different customer groups, B2B dealer sales and B2C retail run together on the same platform. A dealer buys at their own discount rate and an end customer at the retail price, both from the same catalogue.
On the payment side, virtual POS and instalment integrations; on the logistics side, carrier integrations; on the accounting side, e-invoice and e-archive connections. If you also sell on marketplaces, channel orders land in the same panel; because stock is managed from a single pool, an item sold on one channel does not stay exposed on another.
Used together with our Order Management System, the post-order process continues in the same flow: approval, stock reservation, dispatch and delivery tracking require no separate system.

The products ship with a ready core, but none stays as it came out of the box. Field names, approval flows and integrations are set up around how you work, and we keep the maintenance after go-live.
