Enterprise Asset Management
Where every asset is, who holds it and when it was last serviced — visible from one place. It consolidates an inventory scattered across spreadsheets under a single record.
What is Enterprise Asset Management?
In most companies asset management lives in three separate tables that do not know about each other: procurement’s list, IT’s inventory and accounting’s fixed-asset register. The same laptop appears in three places in three different states, and who is actually using it is usually a record nobody keeps. Enterprise Asset Management merges those three views under one record — every asset gets an identity, an owner, a location and a history.
The system holds more than hardware: software licences, vehicle fleets, fixtures and production equipment sit in the same inventory. Every asset scanned in the field by barcode or QR tag leaves a trail, from custody transfer through to maintenance records. Maintenance schedules flag upcoming work in advance, which makes planned servicing possible instead of reacting after a breakdown.
Depreciation and reporting are built to speak to accounting, so closing the gap between physical reality and the ledger at year-end stops being a weeks-long reconciliation exercise. If you already run an ERP, asset records stay in sync without double data entry.

The products ship with a ready core, but none stays as it came out of the box. Field names, approval flows and integrations are set up around how you work, and we keep the maintenance after go-live.
