Enterprise Software Solutions

We turn the workflow we map out with your process owners into a business application that speaks your organisation’s own vocabulary. The goal is not to bend the organisation to fit the software; it is to build the system the existing way of working actually needs.

What is Enterprise Software Solutions?

In most organisations the need for custom software comes from the work that falls outside the off-the-shelf package. That work migrates first into a spreadsheet, then into a shared folder, and finally into the memory of two or three people. The process runs — but nobody can see from one place where a job is waiting or who approved it.

We listen to the process before we pick a tool. Working with the people who actually do the job, we map the flow step by step and separate the genuine rules from the constraints that simply hardened into habit over the years. Roles, permissions, the data model and the connection points to other systems then become a written design. That document is what makes the scope concrete.

The new application does not rewrite the ledger entry in your accounting system or the stock figure in your ERP — it reads them where they already live. Rollout starts with a small group of users before it reaches the whole team. At handover the source code, the technical design, the data model and the user training are yours. We can carry the maintenance ourselves, or another team can take it over.

Scope

  • Process analysis and scoping, done together
  • Role and permission model design
  • Integration and an API layer for existing systems
  • Phased rollout and user training

How we work

Every engagement begins with a discovery session: together we work out who runs the process, where it jams, and which constraints are real. The scope becomes clear after that session — and so does the proposal.
